NordiCare® helps get patients on therapy faster

Dedicated NordiCare® Case Managers are available to help your patients get started on therapy faster by guiding them through the reimbursement process with programs such as JumpStart™, our Patient Access Program (PAP), and NordiSure™.

Aided insurance case management:

  • A NordiCare® Case Manager assists you with prior authorizations, appeals, and planning reauthorizations
  • Assistance with reimbursement starts the moment you enroll your patient

Patient support from the start:

  • In-home delivery of complimentary Starter Kit

FlexPro® – put simplicity in their hands

An important part of getting patients on therapy fast is to ensure they are educated about their treatment and comfortable with the administration of their therapy. FlexPro® delivery pens are convenient, easy-to-use delivery devices.

FlexPro® growth hormone delivery pens

Convenient delivery system:

  • Prefilled, multi-dose, and disposable delivery pens
  • No mixing, no reconstitution, no loading, no changing cartridges

Flexible storage options:

  • 5 mg/1.5 mL and 10 mg/1.5 mL prefilled pens do not require refrigeration for three weeks after initial use, or they can be stored in the refrigerator for use within four weeks*

Easy to dose:

  • Three FlexPro® pen sizes – 5 mg/1.5 mL, 10 mg/1.5 mL and 15 mg/1.5 mL
  • Allows maximum dosage of up to 8 mg (15 mg/1.5 mL)
  • Allows fine dosing increments of 0.025 mg, 0.050 mg, and 0.10 mg

* All Norditropin® products must be refrigerated prior to first use. Do not freeze. After initial use, FlexPro® 5 mg/1.5 mL and 10 mg/1.5 mL delivery pens and Norditropin NordiFlex® 5 mg/1.5 mL and 10 mg/1.5 mL delivery pens can either be stored outside of the refrigerator (at up to 77ºF) for use within three weeks, or in the refrigerator (between 36°F and 46°F) for use within four weeks. These storage flexibility guidelines also apply to Norditropin® cartridge 5 mg/1.5 mL. FlexPro® 15 mg/1.5 mL, Norditropin NordiFlex® 15 mg/1.5 mL and Norditropin NordiFlex® 30 mg/3 mL delivery pens must always be refrigerated (between 36ºand 46ºF) - both prior to and after the initial injection – for use within four weeks. These guidelines for continuous refrigerated storage also apply to Norditropin® cartridge 15 mg/1.5 mL.
