the Patient Access Program (PAP) – prescribing Norditropin® [somatropin (rDNA origin) injection] for patients facing financial and/or insurance challenges

High out-of-pocket medical costs pose difficulties for many patients. The Patient Access Program (PAP) provides a safety net that supports eligible patients with Norditropin® at no cost until insurance or financial circumstances improve.

The Norditropin® Patient Access Program (PAP) is administered by NordiCare®. To qualify for the Patient Access Program (PAP), patients must demonstrate financial need and must have attempted to find alternate reimbursement. Several factors are considered in evaluating financial need, including cost of living, size of household, and burden of total medical expenses.

Eligible patients may receive Norditropin® for up to six months, free of charge, providing the patient’s financial and insurance challenges persist. NordiCare® Case Managers will work with your patients, enabling them to benefit from Patient Access Program (PAP) while securing long-term reimbursement through third-party payors and foundations.
